Crown Casino - Macau

Only six companies have a casino license in Macau, and Melco, the parent company of the Crown Macau, is one of them. The Crown is also the only Australian owned casino in Macau, although they have other properties under construction. The Crown Macau is on Taipa Island, very close to the south end of the Macau-Taipa bridge (the middle of the three bridges linking the Macau peninsula and Taipa island). There is also a Crown casino in Melbourne, Australia.

The Crown has a very tall hotel, while the casino by comparison is rather small. However, the casino lacks nothing in terms of elegance and style. Unlike the Las Vegas style casinos, which are rather over the top in their efforts to stand out, the Crown doesn't have any gimmicks. I found it a quiet, classy, place to play.
